Job summary

Just Mortgages is looking for an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. The role offers on-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year, a basic salary of £22,000–£28,000, and an uncapped commission scheme.

You may receive a company car or £250 monthly car allowance and guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline for up to six months. You will build client relationships, follow up on leads, generate new business, and collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin,

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent is essential.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK; evidence of right to work in the form of Passport/Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, National Insurance, Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive in a challenging environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
