Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Doncaster. You must hold CeMAP or an equivalent qualification and have proven Mortgage and Protection Advising experience. You will manage client relationships, develop leads, and collaborate with Estate Agency and support teams.

The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, strong OTE (£40k–£60k+), a company car or car allowance, a laptop, and ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director teams to ensure a smooth client process.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish.
