Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd in Leicester is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join Just Mortgages. You must hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent.

Salary includes £22,000–£28,000 basic, on-target earnings of £40,000–£60,000+ per year with uncapped commissions, a company car or £250 monthly allowance, a company laptop, and bespoke training and coaching to support your progression.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence may be required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to ensure a smooth process for clients.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish.
