Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Guildford is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

You must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent and you will build and maintain client relationships, advising on mortgage and protection products. The position offers on target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year, a basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience), an uncapped commission scheme, and a company car or £250 monthly car allowance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, in person, and videos.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and the Divisional Sales Director to streamline the process for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care from beginning to end.
