The role requires CeMAP qualification or equivalent and involves building client relationships, handling leads from the Estate Agency team, and delivering excellent customer service. You will operate within a fully supported environment with a competitive uncapped commission scheme, a guaranteed monthly payment while building a pipeline for up to 6 months, and a clear career progression path.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Able to engage with a diverse client base across channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and drive opportunities within-branch.
• Follow up on in-branch leads to maximise client value.
• Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Sales to streamline processes.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
