Job summary

• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management.

• Confident working within a T&C framework.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and induction training for new Mortgage Advisors.
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity, and protection penetration.
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support.
• Support branch integration and help embed new starters.
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions.
• Collaborate with regional managers, compliance teams and training leads.
