Mortgage Performance and Development Manager

Salary: £42,500 basic

Bonus: £2,500 performance bonus

Car Allowance: £4,000

Location: Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire

Hours: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays and evenings

We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Performance and Development Manager to support a high‑performing Financial Services division during a period of continued growth. This newly created role is designed to strengthen advisor capability, enhance onboarding, and drive consistent performance across multiple branches.

As the Mortgage Performance and Development Manager, you will work closely with regional leadership to coach, develop, and support Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they operate confidently within a structured T&C framework. You will play a key role in embedding new recruits, improving productivity, and elevating overall advisor performance.
