Job summary

Cactus Search Ltd is seeking a senior Head of Operations with extensive mortgage and lending experience to oversee all operational aspects of a Buy-to-Let focused portfolio in a regulated financial services environment.

You will lead operational teams, drive performance, and implement transformation across underwriting, completions, collections and governance. Senior stakeholder engagement and risk management are essential for immediate impact.

Qualifications

• Mortgage and lending operations experience within regulated financial services.
• Experience across underwriting, completions, collections and recoveries in Buy-to-Let lending.
