Job summary

Castle Trust Bank in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Head of Operations to lead the Pre-Completion, Operations and Controls functions within the Property division. You will set strategic direction, drive customer outcomes and ensure robust governance across the end-to-end mortgage process.

You'll manage performance, risk and change initiatives, build capable teams and partner with stakeholders and suppliers to support sustainable growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated lending, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record leading operational teams and delivering service excellence.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and end-to-end customer journey.
• Experience with operational risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading operational change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Completion, Operations and Controls functions within Property division.
• Drive operational performance, service standards and customer outcomes.
• Oversee risk, governance and regulatory compliance across the Property business.
