Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisers across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

This senior management role focuses on driving performance, recruitment, coaching and leadership to grow the region while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position offers up to £65,000 base plus commission and bonuses, with an OTE around £85,000, and CeMAP (or equivalent) is preferred alongside a full UK driving licence.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey region.

This is a management focused leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and running high-performing mortgage adviser teams. Your focus will be on driving performance, developing talent, and growing the team through effective recruitment, coaching and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the region
• Drive team performance against targets through regular reviews, coaching and structured performance management
• Design and deliver ongoing training and development programmes to raise adviser capability and case quality
• Identify skills gaps and create individual development plans for advisers at all experience levels
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, file reviews and quality/compliance checks across the team
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases, performance issues and team queries
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy, budgets and growth plans
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that supports retention and engagement
• Ensure the team consistently meets regulatory and compliance standards

Experience Required:

• Proven experience managing a sizeable team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers
• Strong track record of team recruitment, training and development
• Demonstrable ability to drive performance improvement and hit team targets
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) preferred, though the focus of this role is management rather than advising
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection compliance requirements
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey area
