Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s North East operation is seeking a Mortgage Advisor (experienced or trainee) to join our established advisory team in Whitley Bay/Newcastle. This is a self-employed role with leads provided and a negotiable split, typically around 50% on provided leads and 70% on self-gen, with occasional client visits to HQ.

The successful candidate will be CeMAP qualified, with a sales or property background, and prepared to work office-based, hybrid, or remote while staying locally

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or trainee eligible).
• Sales or property industry experience.
• Self-employed with ability to work from home or office when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advisory to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships and referrals.
• Work with PRIMIS lender panel to secure suitable solutions.

Mortgage Advisor - Newcastle / Whitley Bay

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit either an experienced or Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business based in Whitley Bay.

The mortgage business is a long standing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The firm is run by 2 fabulous ladies who are building a business based on outstanding Customer Service - This is working as their customers keep coming back and more and more are being referred meaning they need another advisor to cope with the customer needs.

The role is Self Employed with all Leads Provided but with an expectation to try and do some self generation.

The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and 70% on self gen although this depends on experience although this is negotiable for the right person.

The firm are a solid firm with no false promises around leads that don't materialise.

The role is either office based or hybrid or remote but the advisor must be local to the North East as minimum bi monthly visits to HQ are required.

We will consider non CAS Trainees for this role although you will be office based if this is the case.

We are only looking for fully CeMAP qualified individuals with a Sales or Property background.

Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel - no loadings to Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.
