Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage and Protection Case Manager located in Thame town centre. The Case Manager will handle day-to-day tasks, including managing mortgage and protection cases from start to finish, liaising with lenders and clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves document processing, application tracking, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage and protection applications is a MUST HAVE !
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in document processing and application tracking
• Ability to liaise effectively with lenders and clients
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• £32,175 based on 37.5 full time working hours
• 25 days holiday per year plus additional days for free at Christmas Shutdown
• Company Income Protection, sick pay for up to 4 years
