Job summary

Connells Group is recruiting a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the William H Browns Stevenage branch. You will deliver expert mortgage and protection advice, using strong relationship-building with estate agents and customers to drive results.

With an ambitious, target-driven environment, you will guide clients from application to completion, supported by quality leads and industry training. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
