Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Slater Hogg & Howison Ayr branch. OTE £60,000 with uncapped commission and quality leads from our estate agency network, plus industry-leading training.

You will build strong relationships with colleagues, generate new business, and guide customers through the mortgage process while delivering excellent service and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
