Connells Group in Bilston (Paul Dubberley branch) is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment.

This role offers a competitive basic salary with £60k‑£80k OTE, uncapped commission, quality leads from our Estate Agency network, and industry‑leading training plus clear career progression.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
