Connells Group in Bilston is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. You will provide mortgage and protection advice to customers and guide them through the process from application to completion.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with £60k to £80k OTE, uncapped commission, and quality leads from our Estate Agency network, along with ongoing training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
