Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our William H Brown branch in St Albans. You will provide mortgage and protection advice, build customer relationships and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We offer a competitive OTE £60k-£80k, uncapped commission and quality leads from our Estate Agency network, plus industry-leading training and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
