Job summary

Connells in Milton Keynes is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Central Milton Keynes branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, quality leads from our estate agency network, industry-leading training and clear career progression opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in a target-driven mortgage environment.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referrals.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customers.
• Guide customers through mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent service while meeting targets.
