Job summary

Connells Exeter's branch is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE of £60,000, uncapped commission, and access to quality leads from our Estate Agency network. You will receive industry-leading training and clear career progression opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
