Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT partners with a Leatherhead mortgage brokerage to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor. Hybrid role with most work-from-home flexibility and a focus on high-quality clients seeking second homes and investment properties.

The package includes a basic salary, realising strong earning potential through an OTE up to £50k and all leads provided; no cold calling, plus generous annual leave and parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Full CeMAP qualification.
• CAS status would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Personable and professional approach with high-value clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets, and investment properties.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Maintain FCA compliance and stay updated with mortgage products and market changes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to hit business targets.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets, and investment properties
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and keep up to date with mortgage products and market changes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding client outcomes

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Full CeMAP qualification
• CAS status would be advantageous

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Full-time position
• Hybrid working with 3-4 days per week working from home
• No weekend working
