Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor in the Dagenham area to provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice. Leverage leads provided by the sales team and work with colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.

The role requires CeMAP qualification and a customer-focused, target-driven approach. This is an office-based position with full training, coaching, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential.
• Trainee or experienced Mortgage Advisors considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert appointments into successful outcomes.
• Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting for a driven and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our client's growing team in the Dagenham area. Whether you're a fully CeMAP-qualified trainee looking for your first opportunity or an experienced Mortgage Broker, this is an excellent chance to join a supportive business with leads provided by the sales team.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients
