Job summary

Your Mortgage Recruiter is recruiting an employed Mortgage Advisor for a Leatherhead, Surrey based role. You will handle BTL and Residential mortgage cases, with leads provided and a hybrid work option (office/home).

Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30, parking on site, strong training and long‑term career prospects. Ideal candidates hold CeMAP (or equivalent), have independent advisory experience, excellent English communication, and a client‑service mindset.

Job description

My client is a successful, established, Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The company's main focus is to provide the highest level of service and the best, most impartial advice available to its clientele. The firm’s clients are based nationally and are often of a HNW nature.

The company is currently keen to recruit an employed Mortgage Advisor (handling BTL and Residential mortgage cases) to join their established team based within their Leatherhead, Surrey office (this can be on a hybrid, part office/part home‑based basis). Car parking is freely available at the office.

In addition to the large existing base of established clients that the firm has, they also gain numerous new client referrals/recommendations and enquiries each week that are introduced to the Advisor’s. The company regularly gains additional new business as a result of their marketing campaigns. All client leads are provided to the Advisor in this position, so there is no need to have your own existing client base if you do not have one.

The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm only, including a 1‑hour lunch break. You will work in a great environment and within a successful team that fosters a friendly, productive culture.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive starting annual basic salary of circa £33,000 (negotiable based on skill‑set/role experience).
