Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for a specialist Birmingham brokerage. This office-based role offers all leads with no cold calling, a friendly team, and clear career progression.

You will handle first appointments and signups, provide mortgage and protection advice, manage Adverse and Self-employed cases, and work to targets. Basic salary £35,000–£45,000 with £80,000–£100,000 OTE, parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and healthcare after probation.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry.
• Experience dealing with Adverse and Self-employed cases.
• Driven to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with first appointments and subsequent signups.

Experienced in mortgage broking and looking to join a successful specialist brokerage with all leads provided?

We're recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our client, a specialist Mortgage Brokerage in the Birmingham area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser with strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, particularly Adverse and Self-employed cases.

The position is office-based with a well-established and successful business, offering all leads with no cold calling required.

The Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:
