Job summary

Placing Faces Ltd in Basildon is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their small, friendly team. You will advise customers on whole-of-market mortgage options using their in-house software, and work with the case management team to ensure a smooth process with high-quality leads and excellent training.

The role is hybrid with no weekends, offers admin support, and pays a base of 28–32k plus 20–35% commission (OTE £60–£70k). CeMAP and at least 1 year of mortgage experience are required.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified.
• At least 1 year experience providing mortgage and protection advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on whole-of-market mortgage options using in-house software.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with case management to ensure smooth mortgage applications.
• Support innovation of mortgage-advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Complete work to high standards and ensure compliance.

We are working with a highly-rated mortgage broker based in the South of Essex, they are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. They are a small and friendly team who can provide excellent training to support your development as an advisor, providing you with plenty of high-quality leads along the way.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.


• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.


• Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.


• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.


• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified


• At least 1 year experience providing mortgage and protection advice
