GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting a Protection & Mortgage Advisor for an independent practice in Essex. Hybrid working and a strong lead source support you to tailor mortgage and protection advice, convert leads, and build lasting client relationships.

Expect a basic salary of £23,000–£31,000 with a strong commission structure and tiered bonuses, plus an OTE of £55,000–£60,000. Mortgage Admin support and a strong lead source enhance this opportunity.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert appointments into successful sign-ups.

We're recruiting for a Protection & Mortgage Advisor to join our client's independent practice in Essex.

Our clients are whole-of-market providers who offer Mortgage Admin support, providing advisors with a strong platform to focus on delivering tailored advice, converting leads and building lasting client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Advisor looking for a strong commission structure, tiered bonuses and hybrid working.

The Role

As a Protection & MortgageAdvisor, you will:

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients
• Convert leads into written business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular customer contact
