Job summary

Walker and Sloan Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing independent brokerage. You will provide tailored mortgage advice, manage clients through the process, and build lasting relationships, with leads and admin support supplied.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped OTE up to £50,000, hybrid and flexible working, and a collaborative team focused on personal client service and career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients throughout the process.
• Understand clients' circumstances and tailor mortgage recommendations.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Manage clients from enquiry through to application.
• Build long-term client relationships and liaise with lenders.
• Coordinate with administrative team to progress applications.
• Ensure advice and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent client service at all times.

We're working with an established independent mortgage brokerage in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing mortgage advice and supporting clients throughout the mortgage process, including:

• Speaking with new and existing clients to understand their circumstances
• Providing tailored mortgage advice and recommendations
• Researching and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
• Managing clients from initial enquiry through to application
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Liaising with lenders and other parties throughout the process
• Working closely with the administrative team to progress applications
• Ensuring advice and documentation meets regulatory requirements
• Delivering an excellent level of client service throughout
