Job summary

First Marine Solutions Ltd is seeking a driven professional to manage the complete lifecycle of offshore projects, from award through planning, execution, monitoring, to close-out. The role encompasses risk assessment, site visits, and client liaison to ensure contractual and technical requirements are met.

You will contribute to bids, monitor costs, and support finance reporting while upholding rigorous QHSE standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore survey, positioning and construction operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full lifecycle management of projects from award through planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to support planning and delivery.
• Provide technical input to tenders and bids as necessary.
• Monitor project costs and assist Finance with reporting and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with First Marine Solutions procedures and QMS documents.
