We are currently recruiting for a Monitoring Support Officer to join a busy and professional team supporting Electronic Monitoring Services.
This is a varied, people-focused role where you will work alongside Field Monitoring Officers to help ensure monitoring equipment is installed and decommissioned safely and efficiently.
You will be an important extra pair of eyes and ears for the Field Monitoring Officer, supporting them during visits and helping to ensure any risks, safeguarding concerns or service issues are identified and reported promptly.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, confident and comfortable working with people in a variety of situations.
You will ideally have:
The service operates across extended hours, so you must be able to work the required shift pattern.
This may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
Successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks, including identity, right-to-work and any applicable security or vetting checks.
Full mandatory training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
