Job summary

Replika is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive monetization for a global consumer AI app. You’ll own revenue per install and per web funnel, designing experiments, pricing tests, and subscription flows to maximize value for millions of users.

You’ll work directly with product, engineering, and the CEO, partnering with GTM teams and applying AI tools to move metrics quickly. This role is fully remote with CET hours and rapid impact.

Qualifications

• Monetization is the core of your career and you’ve moved revenue metrics (ARPU, LTV, conversion).
• You design and evaluate experiments using data to drive gains.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to write clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Move predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor.
• Run monetization experiments end to end (paywalls, pricing, offers, trials).
• Begin from playbooks and scale successful tests.
• Prioritize changes by revenue impact and maintain a steady pipeline of tests.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, engineering, and CEO to align monetization strategy.
