Job summary

Replika is hiring a Motion Designer, Growth to create video ads and UGC creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You will own concepts, animate, test, and iterate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, contributing to a strong, on-brand presence.

The role is a 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion to permanent, fully remote with CET-hours. You’ll work with a small growth team, collaborating with producers and user acquisition managers to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong motion design portfolio with real campaign results.
• Pro mastery of After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good taste in composition, colour, and easing.
• Understanding ad structure: hook, emotion, CTA.
• Experience making scroll-stopping, on-brand ads.
• Experience using AI models in workflow.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Turn concepts into finished ads and iterate based on performance.
• Collaborate with producers and UAMs to convert briefs into winning creatives.
• Maintain a consistent Replika presence across social platforms.
• Own the motion craft end-to-end: set the bar, ship fast, iterate.
