Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Modern Workplace Specialist to join the Group Support team in Lichfield. The role focuses on delivering and evolving the organisation's Modern Workplace environment, with hybrid working arrangements and a 37.5-hour week.

The successful candidate will configure and optimise Microsoft 365 services, manage devices with Intune, and support security, compliance, and Azure integrations across the estate. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Modern Workplace tooling and 365 administration.
• Ability to script or automate tasks to improve efficiency.
• Understanding of security, compliance and cloud best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Provide high-quality end-user support for Modern Workplace issues.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Manage devices using Intune and ensure policy compliance.
• Package, deploy, and maintain software applications with automation focus.
• Support security and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Enhance collaboration using Teams, SharePoint and related tools.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop and wider Azure integrations.
