Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Modern Workplace Specialist to join our Group Support team in a hybrid role in Lichfield. You’ll design, implement and support Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies to enable secure collaboration across the organisation.

You’ll work with IT and the business as a trusted technical advisor, driving our digital transformation. We welcome candidates at different career stages who can demonstrate capability and potential through hands-on work.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Modern Workplace tooling.
Experience with Endpoint management (Intune) and Azure services.
Scripting or automation to improve efficiency.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and cloud best practice.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and optimise Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Provide high-quality end-user support for Modern Workplace issues.
Support and maintain Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning.
Manage devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and ensure policy compliance.
Package, deploy and maintain software with automation where possible.
Support security and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Enhance collaboration using Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
Support Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop and Azure integrations.
Manage mobile devices (Android via Knox; iOS via Apple Business Manager).
Produce documentation and provide training to users and IT staff.
