Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Modern Workplace Analyst to support digital tools and services enabling productive work life. You will troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, and collaboration platforms, while working with IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include first-level support, ticket handling, documentation, and contributing to workplace technology projects. On-site work is required with occasional out-of-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, endpoint devices and collaboration tech.
• Strong troubleshooting andcustomer-focused communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and occasional out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for modern workplace technologies and collaboration tools.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, escalating to other IT teams when needed.
• Assist with ticket management, documentation, testing, and user communications.
• Support workplace technology initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
