Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Modern Workplace Analyst to support digital tools and services enabling employees to work productively. You will troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.

You will collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery, addressing user needs and driving efficiency while expanding technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, endpoint devices, and collaboration tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with logical approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• On-site work as required and occasional out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for modern workplace technologies, endpoint devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and collaboration tools.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, escalate with other IT teams as needed.
• Assist with ticket management, documentation, testing, and user communications.
• Support workplace technology initiatives and projects, building technical expertise.
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience and support processes.
