Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive front-line role is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for service and repair customers.
• Welcome customers and set clear expectations for their visit.
• Manage bookings, vehicle check-ins and updates throughout the day.
• Support customers using digital check-in and self-service key drop-off systems.
• Explain recommended work clearly and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop team to ensure timely vehicle completion.
