You will welcome customers, manage bookings and updates, and explain suggested work clearly while coordinating with technicians to ensure on‑time completion. A rewarding progression path accompanies the role.

Competenze

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive front-line role is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• UK driving licence required.

• Act as main contact for service and repair customers.
