Williams Motor Group is hiring a Service Advisor in Bolton. This is a full‑time role averaging 41 hours per week, with a 1‑in‑4 Saturday morning shift. The package includes an OTE of £34,300–£37,050, with a clear progression path and a monthly bonus opportunity.

You will be the link between customers and the workshop, using digital check‑in and self‑service tools, explaining work clearly and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for service and repair customers.
• Welcoming customers and setting clear expectations for their visit.
• Managing bookings, vehicle check-ins and customer updates throughout the day.
• Supporting customers using digital check-in and self-service key drop-off systems.
• Explaining recommended work clearly and professionally.
• Liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.

Working pattern

This is a full‑time role, averaging 41 hours per week over 5 days, with just 1 in 4 Saturday mornings worked, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

• Full UK Driving Licence required
