Job summary

Williams Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join a modern, customer-focused team. The role offers a 41-hour week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and strong earnings potential with an OTE of £34,300–£37,050, rising for top performers.

You will be the main contact for service and repair customers, coordinate bookings and updates, and work closely with the workshop to keep customers informed and confident throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for service and repair customers
• Welcoming customers and setting clear expectations for their visit
• Managing bookings, vehicle check-ins and customer updates throughout the day
• Supporting customers using our digital check-in and self-service key drop-off systems
• Explaining recommended work clearly and professionally
• Liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed on time
