Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to identify MRO components, tools and PPE on customer sites, ensuring accurate database uploads with correct IDs. The role is mobile, involves travel, nights away, and occasional remote work.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify Specific MRO components, Tools and PPE.
• Professional customer facing manner, acting as an ambassador.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify 75 items per day and upload to Rubix databases with correct IDs.
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects when requested.
