Job summary

Rubix is recruiting a Mobilisation Specialist to identify products on customer premises, including MRO components, tools and PPE, with high accuracy and timely uploads to Rubix databases. The role requires travel, with nights away from home and some remote work where required.

You will handle planned work within tight deadlines, work cross-functionally, and support new customer site implementations under the guidance of the Head of Mobilisation. Flexibility and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Identify specific MRO components, tools and general maintenance items and PPE.
• Professional customer facing manner and ambassador mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong process skills and attention to detail to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify at least 75 items per day and upload into Rubix databases with correct IDs.
• Cost and code products that require identification.
• Support new customer site implementations to complete scope.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
