Job summary

Rubix is seeking a dynamic Mobilisation Specialist to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on accurately identifying products on customer premises that are not identifiable through desktop processes, with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and travel required.

You will identify MRO components, tools, general maintenance items and PPE, uploading correct references to Rubix databases. Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify specific MRO components, tools and PPE.
• Strong attention to detail to meet deadlines.
• Professional customer-facing manner and ambassador for Rubix.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional structure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify at least 75 items per day and upload to Rubix databases with correct references.
• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Code products and identify items requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations where required to complete agreed scope of work.
• Support additional projects as requested by Head of Mobilisation.
