Job summary

RAC is seeking a Mobile Mechanic in the Warrington area to deliver on-site vehicle maintenance and diagnostics for customers at driveways and local sites. You’ll work with a RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and diagnostic kit provided, following a clear, appointment-based schedule.

This full-time role offers a base salary of £40,170 with OTE up to £52,000 and guaranteed overtime options. The package includes a broad benefits structure and opportunities for progression with a long-standing,

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in vehicle maintenance or as a technician.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnostics, repairs and checks on customer vehicles.
• Manage stock, reporting and maintain clear customer communication.
• Work on driveways and local sites with pre-booked appointments.
