Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician for a leading UK vehicle rental specialist in Dartford. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles at customer locations, supported by a nationwide workshop network when needed.

Requirements include a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or Level 2 with 3 years’ experience), a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete warranty work and manufacturer recalls.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Work closely with workshop support teams for more complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

Salary: £40,800 Basic | OTE £46,740+

Working Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join one of the UK's leading fleet and vehicle rental businesses. Mobile Vehicle Technician Role
