Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician in Manchester. The role involves visiting customers at their premises for servicing, maintenance and repairs, with a clear path to Master Technician through a 5-stage training programme.

Benefits include a £1.5k sign-on, overtime up to £20.65ph, a company van and 25 days’ leave, plus pension and life assurance. Work Monday to Friday, no weekends, in a leading vehicle rental group.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ/IMI/City and Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Proof of certificate required before starting.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• 4+ years experience as Vehicle Technician.

Responsibilities

• Go to customers' houses and places of work conducting basic servicing, maintenance, diagnostic & repair work.

Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of NVQ, IMI, City and Guilds or Mechanical Engineering level 3 (or equivalent)
• Must have proof of certificate as they will be requested & needed before starting
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• 4+ years experience as a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician is needed
