Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in Westbury on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work on a wide range of vehicles and be paid up to £36,000 basic per year with overtime and bonus opportunities.

Candidates should have Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or Level 2 with at least 3 years' experience; a full UK driving licence is required. The role includes 42.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30-5 and rotating Saturdays, with on-site

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or Level 2 with 3 years' experience.
• Own a well-stocked toolbox suitable for workshop duties.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out routine servicing, vehicle health checks, and maintenance across all makes and models.
• Fitting brakes, exhausts, batteries, clutches, cam belts, and suspension components.
• Utilising diagnostic technology to identify faults and resolve issues.
• Executing light-to-major mechanical repairs to pass DVSA MOT tests.

Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role with a Level 3 qualification, or Level 2 Technician / Mechanic with 3 years’ experience, for the UK's leading vehicle rental specialists, working on a wide range of vehicles. Great salary, benefits, overtime and bonus opportunities.

Pay / salary: Up to £36,000 basic per annum plus bonus and overtime, OTE £39,600+

Job type: Permanent / full-time role

Shift and schedule: 42.5 hours per week over 5 days. Monday-Friday 8:30am‑5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am‑4:00pm
