Job summary

NHS Property Services is seeking a Support Services Team Leader to manage frontline Soft FM teams across Batley Health Centre PFI and nearby sites. The role involves travel between locations, staff development, audits and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

A full driving licence and DBS check are required, with a 37.5-hour week and flexible hours from early mornings to evenings. The position offers a competitive salary of £28,393 per annum with a mobile base, potential job-share, and

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising frontline teams, preferably in Soft FM or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage time across multiple properties while supporting colleagues and customers
• Supervise, support and motivate frontline Soft FM colleagues across sites
• Plan workloads, manage rotas and ensure high service standards
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to needs
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, stock orders, audits and compliance checks
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure work is completed safely and in line with company standards
