Job summary

14forty is seeking a Contract Manager (Soft Services) to lead Cleaning, Security and Catering across three sites in Oldham, Heywood & Manchester. The role is fully site-based with a five-day week, requiring hands-on leadership and a proven ability to manage diverse soft services teams.

As the operational lead, you will drive standards, compliance and continuous improvement while balancing client expectations, budgets and staff development across sites.

Qualifications

• Multi-site FM experience across distribution/logistics/corporate environments.
• Strong cleaning/soft service knowledge and compliance.
• Experience leading Cleaning, Security and Catering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cleaning, Security and Catering operations across three sites.
• Be the visible operational lead and support Heads of Department.
• Drive standards, compliance and best practice in service delivery.
• Identify innovative improvements to efficiency and customer experience.
• Coach and develop Heads of Department and frontline teams.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as trusted partner.
• Oversee employee engagement and lifecycle management.
• Manage budgets, labour and P&L performance.
• Prioritise time across sites to maintain visibility and consistency.
