Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Mobile Smart Repair Technician to service the North West region. You will travel between locations with access to a fully equipped repair vehicle, performing smart repairs to our vehicle stock to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Smart repair/spray painting experience required.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paintwork (including masking).
• Carry out minor damage repairs and polish to remove defects.
• Mix and apply paint to vehicles and ensure high standards.

We're currently recruiting for a motivated Mobile Smart Repair Technician to work across the North West region.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm

About the role

As a Mobile Smart Repair technician, you'll travel around various locations, carrying out smart repairs to our vehicle sales stock to an excellent standard. You'll be fully mobile, with access to one of our fully equipped smart repair vehicles.

The right person for the job will be energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to work on their own initiative, and excellent people skills. What's more, you'll have a great eye for detail and take pride in doing a meticulous job.

Day-to-day duties

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork (including masking)
• Carrying out minor damage repairs
• Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork
• Mixing paint to apply to vehiclesApplying paint products correctly and to a high standard

Essential skills

• A full UK driving licence
• Smart repair/Spray painting experience
• An excellent eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task
• Willingness to work on your own initiative
