Job summary

Greenhous is seeking a skilled Mobile Smart Repairer to perform cosmetic vehicle repairs at the site and at customer locations across the Greenhous network. You will repair dents, scratches, and paintwork to a high standard, preparing surfaces and colour-matching paints as needed, while maintaining safety and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Smart Repairer or similar role, with strong cosmetic repair skills, ability to work independently, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Smart Repairer, Vehicle Body Repairer, Paint Technician or similar role.
• Strong experience in cosmetic vehicle repairs and paintwork.
• Good knowledge of smart repair techniques, including paint, bumper and minor body repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile smart repairs to vehicles at various locations as required.
• Repair minor dents, scratches, scuffs, chips and other cosmetic damage.
• Carry out paint and bumper repairs to a high standard.
• Prepare surfaces prior to repair and painting.
• Colour match and mix paint accurately to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Carry out polishing and finishing work following repairs.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Identify any imperfections and carry out remedial work where necessary.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain and safely use all tools, equipment and materials required for mobile repairs.
• Keep the mobile repair vehicle, tools and equipment clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Complete relevant paperwork and records accurately.
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues at different locations.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the business.

Job description

Greenhous Cold Meece is looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Smart Repairer to join our team.As a Mobile Smart Repairer, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic repairs to vehicles, both at our site and at customer or other Greenhous locations as required. You will use your skills and experience to repair minor bodywork damage and paintwork imperfections, ensuring vehicles are completed to a high standard.

If you have experience in smart repairs, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Hours: Monday to Friday, hours to be discussed at interview, i.e. 42.5 to 47.5 hours per week.

Salary: £36,900 to £41,241.17 per annum, dependent on experience
