Job summary

Motorclean is seeking a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to join our team. You will travel in a fully equipped company van across your designated region, including Chelmsford.

The role offers a basic salary of 28k per year plus per-unit earnings, with realistic earnings up to £1,000 per week. You will assess damaged vehicles and perform body repairs and spray painting, logging work on our portal.

Qualifications

• Strong proven experience in Smart Repair body repair and spray painting.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to this role.
• Ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or within a team environment.
• Valid Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
• Work to the highest standard and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of body repair and spray painting techniques.
• Complete jobs on a company portal.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work, storing tools properly after use.
• Perform stock orders to refill the facility.
• Ensure all tasks follow Health & Safety guidelines and are completed timely.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Be ready to travel and work at other Smart Repair sites.
