Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Mobile Response Officer to cover alarm responses, site visits, and mobile patrols across multiple locations. You will ensure premises are secure, incidents are documented, and client expectations are met with professional conduct.

The role requires DBS and BS7858 clearance, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work nights and weekends while maintaining excellent customer service and a calm, decisive approach.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass enhanced DBS and BS7858 clearance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible to nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations promptly and investigate according to procedures.
• Conduct regular mobile patrols and security checks across locations.
• Complete locking/unlocking procedures at client sites.
• Carry out vacant property inspections to ensure security and insurer compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, escalating as needed.
